Pocket Go is made by Neonflow LLC. By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use Pocket Go on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. Where these terms are silent, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
Purchase
Pocket Go is a one-time purchase made through the App Store. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases. Billing, receipts, and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.
Your content
Games you play, export, or import are yours. Pocket Go stores them only on your device and never sends them anywhere. See our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
Don't copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute Pocket Go, and don't use it in any way that violates the law or the App Store terms.
No warranty
Pocket Go is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't promise it will be error-free or meet every need. To the extent permitted by law, Neonflow LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of Pocket Go after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kansas, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
